The Cause for Parkinson's Diesese

There are a few causes of Parkinsons Diesese, here are 3, following:

 Genetics
Some studies say that genitics(your genitic makeup) play a role in making higher chances for you to get the diese. 15% of people with Parkinson disease have one or more people in their family who have had the desiese. In studies of families in which members from at least three generations have been diagnosed with the disease, scientists have identified three genes that, when mutated, may play a role in the development of Parkinson disease. Genes provide coded instructions for the manufacture of proteins. One of the suspect genes codes for a protein called alpha-synnuclein. A second gene codes for a protein called parkin, and a third gene codes for a protein belonging to a family of proteins known as ubiquitin.
A recent study that doctors did to prove that it had something to do with genitics involved twins. I fone twin has parkinsons's befor the age of 50 it is more likeley that the other twin will get the diese. It is more likley that if one identical twin has the diese the other will get it because (they have the same genitic makeup) but it is less likele that Fraternal twins will both get it becaus ethey both do not have the same genitic makeup, the same genitic makeup as if they were just two siblings

Environmental Factors
Some of the obvious symptoms associated with Parkinson disease, such as tremor and imbalance, it is weird that the first description of the disease did not appear until 1817. Some people believe that before the 18th centurey when machines were introduced to replace man made labour cases were less common. The increased number of patients diagnosed with the disease today may have recievid the desiese due to some enviormental toxin(poisionuss toxin) Alternatively, the higher incidence of the disease may be related to increasingly longer life spans that enable people to reach an age when the physical effects of Parkinson disease become more apparent.
Doctors/Scientists have not found one specific drug alone that would cause parkinsons but a bunch that resemble it. The chemical MPTP, a byproduct created in the synthesis of certain illicit drugs, is linked to the development of a disease in some drug abusers that closely resembles Parkinson disease. People who use gardening pesticides run a higher risk of getting the diease but it these chemicals are not proven that this is a cause. Some people may develop parkinsonism if they are exposed to other agents, including carbon monoxide, cyanide, manganese, certain tranquilizers, and some rare viruses, or if they suffer head injuries or strokes. These parkinsonism diseases may be initially mistaken for Parkinson disease.

Free Radicals
Some research on Parkinson disease focuses on the role of free radicals, potentially damaging molecules produced in cells as part of normal cell activity or in response to injury. These free radicals can cause damage to cells, such as wearing down the cell membrane, destroying mitochondria, this can also cause cell death. This can cause some of the moving and shaking that happens in the arms and legs of a persons diagnosed with parkinson's diease.
